Job Description:
Position: IT Controls Auditor
They need this person to support internal control design, testing, and compliance activities across multiple technology teams. This role is focused on evaluating IT controls, supporting remediation efforts, assisting with audit findings, and driving improvements to risk governance and operational execution. The ideal candidate has experience working in regulated or enterprise environments, understands IT audit and control frameworks, and is comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple departments.
They need this person to support internal control design, testing, and compliance activities across multiple technology teams. This role is focused on evaluating IT controls, supporting remediation efforts, assisting with audit findings, and driving improvements to risk governance and operational execution. The ideal candidate has experience working in regulated or enterprise environments, understands IT audit and control frameworks, and is comfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple departments.
Must-Haves:
* 2-5 years of experience
* Background in IT Audit, Controls Testing, or Risk & Compliance.
* Experience working with internal controls in areas like:
-access management
-data protections
-infrastructure or cloud governance
-system change controls
* Hands-on experience performing evidence-based testing and documentation.
* Understanding of IT risk frameworks such as SOX, NIST, COSO, or ISO 27001.
* Ability to communicate findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
* Comfortable operating in enterprise environments where processes are regulated and documented.
* 2-5 years of experience
