Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to create user-centered digital experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Figma, a solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), and the ability to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and achieve user experience goals.

  • Lead client-facing design discussions, presenting design concepts, user flows, and prototypes with clarity and confidence.

  • Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, design system standards, and accessibility (WCAG) compliance.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.

  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, user-friendly design solutions.

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to enhance user experience.

  • Partner closely with IT and project teams throughout development and assist with functional UI testing.

  • Present final design solutions to senior management and stakeholders, advocating for UX best practices.

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, with at least 2+ years in UX/UI design.

  • Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

  • Proven portfolio showcasing UX design projects, design thinking, and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
