Job Title: SAP FICO Program Manager Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite) Job Type: 12 Months Contract
10+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a strong focus on finance systems, ideally in large-scale SAP environments.
Deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance (S/4HANA, FICO, Central Finance, etc.).
Proven experience managing high-impact, complex SAP Finance transformation programs.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of enterprise finance processes.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or manufacturing/automotive environment is a strong plus.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
