Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Acqueon Dialer, Twilio or other communication platforms, and proven experience within the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Customer Service operations, auto-dialer campaign management, and Agile delivery. This role requires an independent leader who can collaborate across business and technical teams to drive dialer strategy, enhancements, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy and execution for the Acqueon Dialer platform, ensuring best-in-class campaign performance and full compliance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT to define, refine, and deliver dialer-related initiatives.
  • Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Work directly with development and QA teams to ensure features meet expectations and sprint commitments.
  • Lead and manage UAT sessions with business stakeholders to validate new features and enhancements.
  • Provide production support, including incident triage and defect resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver concise, professional presentations to communicate new functionalities and product updates.
  • Use data insights to tell a compelling story and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Hands-on Acqueon Dialer platform experience (Mandatory).
  • Twilio integration or other communication platform experience (Mandatory).
  • Healthcare industry background (Mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Customer Service and dialer operations (predictive/power/auto-dialer).
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
