Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced AI Engineer/Applied AI Developer for a remote or hybrid opportunity in greater Lansing, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python, integrating APIs, handling structured/unstructured data, and familiarity with Git in collaborative environment

  • Strong hands-on development skills with ability to build AI-powered proof of concepts

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with LLMs (Open AI, Hugging Face Transformers), ML frameworks (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI), or AI cloud services, along with exposure to prompt engineering

  • Familiarity with Streamlit, FastAPI, or Flask for building UI/demo tools
