Role: Organizational Change Management Analyst
Length: 12-Month Contract
Location: Austin, TX (On-Site)
**Candidates must be prepared to work in the office 4-5 days a week. Only candidates in the Austin area will be considered.
Role Overview:
The OCM Analyst will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing change adoption strategies to support new technology implementations. This role involves working closely with project managers, business relationship managers, and technical teams to ensure successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and communication strategies.
- Create work products to support change initiatives and track adoption through metrics and reporting.
- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams to improve cross-functional coordination and communication.
- Develop clear, user-friendly content to explain technical changes to non-technical audiences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within ITD and across the agency to ensure transparency in project communications.
- Support engagement, culture, and communications initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in organizational change management.
- Strong understanding of OCM methodologies, such as PROSCI.
- Ability to develop and execute change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with employees at all levels and on large-scale projects with agency-wide impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational Change Management.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications.
- Experience in graphic design and visual content creation.
- PROSCI certification is a plus.
