  Design and implement scalable load balancing solutions to support reliable application delivery.Install and configure Citrix NetScaler appliances or virtual instances, ensuring seamless integration into existing network architecture.Implement NetScaler Content Switching to optimize application routing and delivery.Monitor system performance using built-in tools and third-party applications (e.g., Wireshark, NetScalerConsole).Analyze logs and events to proactively manage system health and prevent downtime.
  Required Skills: Core Networking & Load Balancing:Proven experience with Layer 4 and Layer 7 load balancing.High availability and failover configuration skills.SSL/TLS certificate management and authentication integration.
