Role: Senior Digital Transformation Diector/Leader with CCO
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
A senior-level (technical) individual contributor with deep expertise in digital modernization, enterprise analysis, and emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation. This leader will play a pivotal role within the Business Transformation Office, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Transformation. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end transformation initiatives across Customer and Compliance Operations (CCO) organization.
With a future-forward mindset and a strong foundation in business analysis and solution design, this professional will align strategy with execution, translate complex business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions, and accelerate value realization across the organization. They will partner cross-functionally with senior leaders, operations teams, product and engineering, and data/AI teams to identify high-impact transformation opportunities and execute them with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Program Leadership
- Lead critical digital transformation initiatives from concept through execution translating strategic priorities into integrated workstreams with clear value outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to transformation leadership and business unit heads, offering insight on how digital capabilities and AI tools can solve operational pain points.
- Own the full lifecycle of transformation efforts, including opportunity identification, requirements definition, technical solutioning, risk management, and performance tracking.
Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering
- Conduct structured analysis to identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies across operational processes.
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions and translate insights into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure proposed solutions meet both business and technical needs.
AI and Intelligent Automation Enablement
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across CCO functions.
- Partner with data science and AI/ML teams to develop and deploy use cases, ensuring ROI and business alignment.
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption of intelligent systems and minimize operational disruption.
End-to-End Process Optimization
- Map and optimize customer and operational journeys with an enterprise lens identifying cross-functional dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement teams to scale best practices and standardize key processes.
- Serve as an internal consultant across strategic transformation programs, bringing deep expertise in systems thinking and integrated delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Create dashboards, executive summaries, and analytical models to monitor initiative impact and enable agile course correction.
- Support benefit realization tracking and ensure transformation KPIs are met across timeline, cost, and quality dimensions.
- Communicate data-driven insights to executive stakeholders, enabling transparency and aligned decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 9+ years driving enterprise-wide digital and business transformation, digital strategy, or enterprise process improvement preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or technology/AI environment.
- Strong background in business analysis, solution design, and requirements definition.
- Proven track record leading $10M+ programs from concept to scaled run-state as an IC thought-leader. Proven success delivering cross-functional initiatives that combine process redesign with technology enablement.
- Technical depth: hands-on exposure and experience with AI/ML pipelines, RPA tooling (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), cloud-native architectures, API-first design.
- Influence & communication: ability to brief C-level execs, negotiate trade-offs and inspire cross-functional teams without formal authority. Ability to independently manage complex programs and drive initiatives to completion.
- Methodologies: certified or equivalent expertise in Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Design Thinking.
- Metrics orientation: mastery of OKRs, value-tracking, hypothesis-driven experimentation and benefits-realization dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Familiarity with AI/automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Azure/OpenAI, Tableau/Looker for analytics).
- Technical fluency translating between business needs and data/engineering requirements.
- Experience modernizing customer-service, compliance or back-office functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS digital environment and context.
- Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Working knowledge of GenAI orchestration frameworks (Azure OpenAI, LangChain) and BI stacks (Tableau, Looker).
- MBA, MS in Information Systems, or comparable practical expertise.
