Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating Developer to design, configure, and implement rating solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Guidewire Rating Engine and PolicyCenter configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter rating algorithms and templates.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate rating requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain rate tables, modifiers, UWRs, and other rating components.
- Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rating-related issues.
- Ensure solutions align with Guidewire best practices and performance standards.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies and code reviews.
- Work closely with QA, architects, and integration teams.
- Provide post-deployment support and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, with a focus on rating development
- Experience in P&C insurance domain preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
