EBS Developer

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS PL/SQL Developer to join a fast-paced Agile development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance custom components within the Oracle EBS environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, debug, and document custom Oracle EBS technical components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Apply SQL performance tuning techniques to optimize existing code.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprints, standups, and retrospectives.

• Proven experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficient in SQL performance tuning (Explain Plans, Indexes, Optimizer Hints, SQL Profiles, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytical Functions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Concurrent Manager setups and configuration.
• Knowledge of Oracle CRM components and related data structures.
  
  Nice to have -
• Understanding of Oracle SOA Gateway, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON.
• Exposure to tools like Bitbucket, Rally, and STAT.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
