  • Participate in release planning meetings and ensure accurate documentation of outcomes, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing communication and release-related documentation for stakeholders.

Tool and Process Support:

  • Use established release management tools (e.g., Plutora, Planview) to support planning, workflow tracking, and reporting.
  • Enter and update release information in the toolset and help monitor progress through defined release workflows.
  • Assist with generating dashboards and reports that summarize upcoming releases, deployment windows, and risk indicators.
  • Build process documentation, team checklists, and KM related to release activities.

Deployment Coordination:

  • Coordinate with project teams and technical leads to ensure readiness for release events, including deployment schedules, testing requirements, and environment availability.
  • Participate in pre-release reviews, deployment rehearsals, and cutover activities as needed.
  • Track deployment outcomes and assist in capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business analysts to gather and clarify release-related information.
  • Share updates on release timing, status, and risks with relevant stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate communication during release execution windows, including notifying stakeholders of key milestones or issues.

Education and Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or SAP-related credentials are a plus.
  • Training or experience with release management platforms like Plutora or Planview preferred.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Process and Collaboration Skills:

  • Comfortable working within Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and respond or release-driven needs in a dynamic environment.
