Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product Management Team, leading our Tech for Tech capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of internal platforms supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC), developer productivity, and architectural governance.

This individual will own tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and architecture platforms (e.g., LeanIX, ArchiMate) ensuring they are optimized for the evolving needs of engineering, architecture, and product teams across the enterprise.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for internal developer and architecture platforms.

• Define and manage roadmaps for key tools GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and architecture modeling tools.

• Enhance SDLC workflows including planning, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Translate business needs into outcome-driven product requirements.

• Drive backlog prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility.

• Ensure product releases deliver measurable outcomes and meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and program management to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

• Communicate project scope, priorities, and progress with all levels of management.

• Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

• Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable and compliant data products.

• Lead UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders.

• Work closely with InfoSec, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory and security standards are met.

• Support architectural governance through tooling and visibility enablement.

• Lead change management for new tool rollouts and process transformations.

• Drive adoption through documentation, training, and communication strategies.

<>Measurement & Optimization</>

• Define KPIs to measure tool usage, performance, and business impact.

• Continuously improve the developer experience based on analytics and feedback.

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in platform, tooling, or developer productivity products.

• Strong understanding of SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and enterprise tool governance.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and architecture modeling platforms (LeanIX, ArchiMate, etc.).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environments.

• Background in software engineering or technical product management.

• Familiarity with DevOps, ITSM, or Platform Engineering practices.
