- Job Opportunity: Legal Advisor/Contract Specialist
- Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
- Employment Type: Full-Time - Permanent Hire

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB); Master s degree (LLM) preferred. 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal advisory, preferably in IT/ITES sectors. Strong understanding of international contract law and employment regulations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a global legal team. Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
