Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, or procurement.
Demonstrated experience managing IT services contracts, including large-scale systems integration and enterprise software licensing.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, cloud deployment models (e.g., RISE with SAP, SaaS), and professional services procurement.
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management in large programs.
Proficient in contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or DocuSign CLM).
Experience with ERP procurement tools and collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Procurement, or a related field.
Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCCM, or IACCM) - preferred.
PMP or Agile certification - a plus for understanding project delivery impacts on contract execution.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program valued at billion. This role will be responsible for negotiating, administering, and managing contracts related to system integrator (SI) services, software licensing, cloud subscriptions, and other third-party engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, procurement, program leadership, and vendor partners to ensure favorable terms, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation & Drafting
Lead or support negotiation of complex master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SoWs), change orders, and software/cloud license agreements with system integrators and software vendors (e.g., SAP, hyperscalers).
Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contractual terms are consistent with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and commercial best practices.
Draft and review contract terms related to pricing, deliverables, SLAs, IP ownership, warranties, indemnities, and exit clauses.
Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management
Maintain an organized and current repository of all contracts, amendments, and supporting documents.
Track key contract milestones, obligations, notice periods, renewals, and deliverables.
Ensure that contract terms are enforced throughout the program lifecycle and escalate any non-compliance or disputes.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
Work with finance and procurement teams to monitor invoicing, purchase orders, accruals, and budget alignment.
Support cost validation and reconciliation against contract terms and rate cards.
Assist in commercial governance processes, including vendor performance reviews, change request management, and contract compliance audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between the program, vendors, procurement, and legal for all contract-related matters.
Collaborate with PMO and technical leads to ensure contract deliverables align with program objectives.
Advise on commercial risks, mitigation strategies, and contract interpretation issues.
Key Attributes:

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and multi-vendor program environment.
