About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead
technology strategy, solution design, and end-to-end architecture for large-scale
enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce platform
expertise, strong integration knowledge, and hands-on capability to guide technical
teams through complex solution implementations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Solid Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect who supports the customer with architecture design and decision-making.
2) Large-scale Data Migration experience (Deep knowledge of MS CRM or similar and Salesforce data models)
3) Experience with ETL tools, metadata mapping, and managing high-volume datasets
4) Cutover and Transition Planning (Very Important)
5) Designing phased migration and rollback strategies
6) Strong grasp of downtime minimization, parallel run, and validation checkpoints
7) Clear communication of go/no-go criteria and stakeholder readiness
