Onsite Requirements:
- System Administration experience
- Supply Chain Wizard and ERP system experience like SAP, JDE, Dynamics 365 or Oracle
- Veeva CRM experience and JavaScript would be preferred
Job Description:
- The System Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems supporting pharmaceutical supply chain operations, with a focus on the Supply Chain Wizard platform. This role ensures seamless integration between production, logistics, and compliance systems, supporting the plant's mission to deliver safe and effective pharmaceutical products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Support
- Manage and maintain Supply Chain Wizard and related systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security across platforms.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues.
Configuration & Integration
- Configure Supply Chain Wizard modules to align with operational workflows.
- Integrate SCW with other enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, LIMS).
- Maintain data integrity and synchronization across platforms.
Project Management
- Lead system upgrade and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Quality, and Operations.
- Document system changes and maintain validation records per GMP standards.
Compliance & Validation
- Ensure systems comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory requirements.
- Support computerized system validation (CSV) activities.
- Maintain audit trails and system access controls.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Supply Chain Wizard support and other vendors for issue resolution.
- Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system administration within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Wizard or similar supply chain platforms.
- Familiarity with GMP, GxP, and CSV practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
