Job Description
Looking for a Full Stack Java Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java and React.js to lead the development of enterprise applications. The candidate will work across backend and frontend, guide teams, and deliver scalable solutions in a hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development activities using Java and React.
- Design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java.
- Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React.js.
- Guide and mentor development teams; perform code reviews.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Support application deployments and production releases.
Required Skills
