I am Navya, the Recruiting head at Avila IT. We are actively looking for potential candidates for our direct client GRACETECH SERVICES for the role of Mobile(IOS/Android)Developer.

Position: Mobile Developer (iOS/Android)

Role Overview: As a Mobile Developer at GraceTech Services, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that support our non-profit initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React-Native and Expo.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate project requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to design guidelines and best practices.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and manipulate data, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness, addressing bottlenecks and improving load times.
• Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, incorporating new technologies and best practices as appropriate.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in React-Native and Expo frameworks, with a strong understanding of mobile app development principles.
• Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Swift) is a plus, but not required.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues across different mobile devices and operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Passion for social impact and a desire to contribute to projects that make a difference in the world.
