Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced technology leader to drive digital innovation, enterprise architecture, and large-scale IT transformation initiatives. This role will lead modernization efforts, guide enterprise programs, and ensure operational excellence across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solutions, digital strategy, and leadership of large technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives, driving planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology platforms and content systems.
  • Oversee digital strategy and transformation efforts by designing and implementing modernization roadmaps using emerging and disruptive technologies.
  • Architect and maintain integrated technology solutions, ensuring scalability, cohesion, and operational readiness across the IT ecosystem.
  • Manage business application development teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals and service-level commitments.
  • Lead large-scale IT operations, managing sizable workforces and ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and mission-critical support.
  • Collaborate with public and private sector stakeholders to drive enterprise digital transformation and build citizen/user-centric products.
  • Provide senior leadership and contribute to strategic IT planning, governance, and execution of organizational objectives.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering innovation, professional development, and knowledge-sharing within the workforce.
  • Leverage cross-sector experience to introduce innovative, customer-centric solutions and best practices in enterprise IT management.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT programs and workforce operations.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise platforms, application development, and modern IT ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital transformation strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
