We are looking for UKG Program Manager with Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM Migration experience with valid VISA to work in US and to be available to work on site Dalla, TX.
Experience: 10+years
Notice period: Immediate- 30days
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Program Manager with a strong background in migration projects, specifically from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on migration projects from UKG WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
  • Develop and execute migration strategies, data conversion plans, and testing approaches.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and test UKG Pro WFM solutions.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including customers and team members.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, provide guidance and support, and ensure team members have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance plans to ensure project deliverables meet quality and functional standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of best practices, lessons learned, and technical solutions.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in a workforce management or HR technology environment.
  • Proven experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM) migration projects.
  • PMP or Agile certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical project management skills, with experience in managing complex technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
