Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 7+ engineers and scientists
- Work cross-functionally with Data Science, product, and design teams to provide input on technical direction
- Direct the development of AI/ML driven enhancements
- Create roadmaps to achieve quarterly goals with AI/ML
Qualifications
- 5+ yoe leading a team of 7+ engineers/scientists enhancing a consumer facing product
- Strong knowledge/exp deploying LLMs, Gen-AI, RAG
- Prior experience leading/working on assignments cross-functionally with product and design teams
- Experience doing experimentation on a product is a plus
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer
