  • Integrate security guardrails (IAM, encryption, logging) into platform workflows.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and infrastructure teams to align with enterprise standards.
  • Support developer self-service capabilities through automation and internal tooling.
  • Contribute to observability tooling (e.g., logging, metrics, tracing) and platform reliability.
  • Document platform components and support onboarding of internal teams.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (master s degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps automation, infrastructure, or platform development

  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and automation (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS/Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize).
  • Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS, e.g., VPC, EC2, IAM, ASM, KMS, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, Lambda, etc.) and how to build secure, scalable systems.

Desired but not required:

  • Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Experience with observability stacks (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
  • Exposure to serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Step Functions).
