Job description.
Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic HR Generalist who is eager to make a significant impact on our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing support to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding
- ADP WFN experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software applications preferred.
