Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Analyst to enhance logistics efficiency and optimize shipping processes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to improve vehicle utilization and shipping efficiency.
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends and enhance load factor metrics.
  • Develop tools for decision support, such as prioritization matrices and process maps.
  • Participate in onsite events to facilitate operational enhancements.
  • Track and report on improvement activities to ensure accountability.
  • Optimize shipping schedules and minimum order quantities to meet efficiency goals.
  • Maintain and update content within centralized platforms and generate executive summaries.

Skills

  • Strong experience in logistics, especially customer logistics and transportation modes.
  • Proven ability to implement logistics efficiency projects successfully.
  • Excellent project management skills with a knack for structuring complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with data visualization tools.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and conducting performance reviews.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work across international time zones and travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning processes.
