Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, core hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility)
Compensation: $30-$40/hour
Type: Contract (6 months) with potential for extension

Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and evaluate monoclonal and bispecific antibodies using molecular biology techniques
- Construct and optimize multiple antibody formats to improve affinity, stability, and developability
- Perform and analyze immunoassays, including ELISA, to assess antibody function, stability, and serum clearance
- Evaluate antibody performance using analytical platforms such as ELISA, flow cytometry, and Octet
- Support experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation to guide antibody optimization strategies
- Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in accordance with internal standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists to advance antibody engineering projects toward development goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 2-5 years of related experience OR; Master's degree in a scientific discipline with 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, RNA isolation, mutagenesis (QuikChange), and sequencing analysis
- Hands-on experience performing immune-binding assays such as ELISA
- Experience using software tools for plasmid mapping and sequence analysis (e.g., SnapGene) and ELISA data analysis (e.g., SoftMax, GraphPad Prism, Excel)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-driven environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
