Job Description
Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Operations is searching for an IT Operations Associate Manager to support our Classified IT Team. As an IT Operations Associate Manager, the successful candidate will manage and lead a team of IT professionals for multiple classified systems which includes infrastructure and application deployments, new technology insertion, program, project and budget management, schedule and staffing requirements. The candidate will also coordinate with program management and technical leads to coordinate program operations, new environment stand-up and integration of various classified services.
This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications
Active TS or higher at time of application; ability and willingness to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly SP
Prior experience leading people, projects, or teams
Understanding of classified IT system architectures and multi-site connections
Experience with management of IT systems including storage, servers, networking devices
Experience leading and managing IT requirements and executing project management schedules through completion
Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across organization boundaries
Ability to coordinate with other sites, business areas, programs and functional areas to coordinate daily operations as well as program coordination and adoption

5+ Years of demonstrated leadership experience including leading people, projects, and teams
Strong understanding of Microsoft Collaboration tool suite (Exchange, Skype, SharePoint).
Demonstrate an understanding of Azure fundamentals and key concepts (Microsoft Entra, Azure Storage Containers, Azure Virtual Desktop)
Demonstrated skills with Thin Client utilization and management.
Demonstrated LM Full Spectrum Leadership Capabilities.
Professional technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or IT management
Program Management and IT Integration skills (i.e., Infrastructure Operations).
Past performance & execution to schedule, capabilities, technical & risk management.
Information Technology Management.
Demonstrated experience with risk analysis and related business decision processes.
Strong understanding of information security trends and current industry focus areas
Technical experience with vulnerability management, normal infrastructure/perimeter protections, information technology best practices.
Experience with Cloud based IT Solutions/Architectures.
Demonstrated skills in Business Transformation and Process Improvement
Understanding of the 1LMX (OneLM) program, Corporate and Enterprise IT policies and initiatives.
Experience supporting multiple customers to include personnel at remote sites

Work Schedule Information

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
