Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect
Location: Onsite Miramar, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer/Architect to lead the design, configuration, and development of scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader and hands-on contributor, collaborating with business stakeholders and guiding both onsite and offshore teams.


Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and custom application builds.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions, working closely with stakeholders and analysts.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and applications, including custom solutions.
Lead platform governance, standardization, and performance optimization efforts.
Configure and manage core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, etc.
Coordinate with U.S.-based and offshore teams to implement and support platform solutions.
Manage integrations with third-party systems, including LDAP, SSO, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Oversee platform upgrades and maintenance.
Communicate progress to leadership and support internal service delivery goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Strong background in architecture, custom app development, and module configuration.
Skilled in JavaScript, Glide, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
Prior experience in or with the healthcare industry is a plus.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements and deliver process-based solutions.
Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills within the ServiceNow platform.
Understanding of Access & Identity Management, LDAP, and SSO.
Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder coordination.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience.


Preferred Skills:
Experience implementing Agile practices in ServiceNow environments.
Exposure to telecom or mobility support use cases.
ServiceNow Certifications: Application Developer or Architect (preferred).
Experience with process improvement and platform optimization.
