Salesforce Test Analyst With Ncino

Job Title: Test Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with proven experience in
Salesforce and nCino to support end-to-end testing for our enterprise banking
transformation program. This role will be integral in validating the functionality,
performance, and data integrity of a multi-pod platform implementation that spans
origination, underwriting, booking, document prep, and CRM processes. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, nCino
workflows, and commercial banking processes. AgLending a Plus, but not required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, or custom objects)
Minimum 1 2 years of experience testing nCino platform modules (preferably
commercial lending)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing
methodologies.
Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools, similar to ADO.

Experience with test management tools such as Redgate, preferred.
Strong understanding of data, data relationships, SQL, database configurations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in test analysis and requirement validation.
Ability to perform risk-based testing and prioritize test efforts accordingly.
Experience with testing tools.
Experience testing data migration or data transformation between legacy
systems and Salesforce/nCino.
Knowledge of banking or financial services, particularly lending workflows.
Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
