Security DevOps Engineer

Description
Gridiron IT is seeking a Security DevOps Engineer to support a federal program on a 100% remote basis.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Security DevOps Manager in planning and executing deployments to the UAT environment for each Sprint.
Additional Duties May include:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the DevOps processes.
Monitor and optimize system performance, focusing on security aspects of the Salesforce implementation.
Develop and maintain scripts for automation of security-related tasks and processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving security issues in the Salesforce environment.
Implement and manage version control systems for Salesforce projects, ensuring secure code management.
Support the configuration and maintenance of security tools integrated with the Salesforce platform.
Assist in conducting security assessments and vulnerability scans of the Salesforce implementation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with federal government security standards and regulations.
Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the Salesforce environment.
Assist in managing user access controls and permissions within the Salesforce platform.
Support the Security DevOps Manager in preparing documentation for change management and security processes.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce security features and best practices, recommending improvements to the existing implementation
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 5 years
- MA/MS degree or higher and 3 years
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $60-70 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
