Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is SME level knowledge, governance, and execution of all changes and project work for all US HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premises solutions) supporting Ahold Delhaize's US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates. Includes in-depth understanding of the business processes end to end as well as working understanding of all core HR systems and upstream/downstream impacts. The HRIS Delivery Analyst is responsible for SuccessFactors US Configuration, Mass Data Changes, US Foundation Data, and overall data Integrity as well as ensuring all systems are operating effectively. This role develops strategies to execute changes required to support Business Services and our Brands, it also configures, implements, analyzes, maintains, monitors and modifies existing HR Systems, including cloud-based systems and on-premises systems to support HR operations. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of HR systems, implementing changes, and monitoring oversight of data, coordination, and evaluation of all data within the SuccessFactors Biz X Suite. This role will provide business support for one or more applications relating to HR, and other key 3rd party applications that impact HR data. This role uses HR systems, configuration, and data model expertise to support Brand effectiveness. Partners with the Operations team to improve HR execution and overall HR data integrity processes with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency. Serves as HRIS Subject Matter Expert for business customers.

This position will be accountable for delivery of US SuccessFactors configuration, foundation objects, mass data changes, and data integrity management. This role also serves as a US Technical Delivery Subject Matter Expert, providing technical delivery support for all SuccessFactors modules. Serves as HRIS Subject Matter Expert for Business Services Analysts, Specialists, Brand customers, and technical partners.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leads the management, monitoring, and improvement of existing and new Delivery management and IT processes such as change management, release management, resource planning, and issue resolution. Works on analyzing, customizing, modifying, and implementing complex processes and support applications.
  • Designs, leads, provides functional subject matter expertise for installation, customization and usage of applications.
  • Identifies process weaknesses in the use of the application and partners with the Design team to develop changes in design or tuning and then implements them.
  • Manages and supports IT infrastructure linkages, software development connections and implementation, business requirements being translated into functional and technical specifications, business customer support, Business Services Resource management and delivery protocol development.
  • Manages and develops HR software and applications implementation processes; manages, monitors, and improves enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT processes related to prioritization, resource management, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Acts as a liaison between central IT and HR functions, providing process, delivery, and functional HR expertise to deliver operational initiatives that drive business performance.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • SuccessFactors Certification in at least 1 module required
  • MBA preferred
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • 7+ years of HRIS or significant proven analytical experience.
  • 3+ years of SuccessFactors Experience Required
  • 1+ years of IT experience or project management
  • 5-10% Travel

  • Ability to serve as a project lead, partnering with Design team, senior IT, Business Services, and Brand HR leaders providing functional HRIS expertise to solve complex business problems to meet business needs.
  • Ability to manage complex business processes, system configuration, and interconnected activities with conflicting priorities to support business delivery.
  • Ability to perform complex system configuration implementation, validation, and resource management to maintain an incredibly complex network of HR Systems and applications.
  • Ability to partner with IT and Business counterparts to create HRIS capabilities supporting the entire organization.
  • Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes HR information technology (IT) solutions across the Ahold Delhaize technical landscape. Applies best practices and advanced delivery and project management methodologies, to address and review system requirements, business processes, resource management, and changing development and technology environments
