Job Details

Title: SuccessFactors
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Description:


Serve as the Global Lead Consultant for SuccessFactors EC and EC Time
Oversee global solution design and configuration (hands-on configuration primarily handled by a global team)
Ensure alignment of system design with HR business practices and global standards
Act as the primary liaison with business partners across Canada, Greece, and the EU
Lead and support global design workshops, testing events, and deployment activities
Coach and mentor junior consultants and regional team members
Provide guidance across multiple project phases, from design through testing and rollout
Participate in on-site testing events as required

Requirements:

Proven global SuccessFactors implementation experience, specifically in EC and EC Time
Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading or overseeing global configuration and design efforts
Ability to work effectively with cross-regional and cross-cultural teams
Willingness to travel to Canada and potentially the EU for testing events
Valid US passport
Experience working on long-term, multi-phase projects preferred
