Job Details

Hi,

We're looking for a seasoned Data Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to help us architect and optimize data systems that power business insights across departments. You ll design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and solutions, enabling teams to wrangle and analyze key metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and streaming) for high-volume data.

  • Design, implement, and maintain data models and warehouse schemas to support analytics and reporting.

  • Ensure data integrity and quality through testing, validation, and monitoring.

  • Work closely with stakeholders analysts, data scientists, product managers to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.

  • Develop and maintain reusable data infrastructure and tools.

  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems for improved reliability.

  • Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards (access controls, auditing).

  • Provide mentorship and best practices for junior team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field.

  • 5 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, preferably in enterprise environments.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Informatica).

    • SQL and relational database systems (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or SQL Server).

    • Big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.
