Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Tealium Developer to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tealium iQ Tag Management, Tealium AudienceStream, and data layer implementation. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to implement, manage, and optimize web and mobile tagging strategies to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Implement and manage tags using Tealium iQ Tag Management System (TMS)

  • Configure and optimize Tealium AudienceStream CDP for segmentation and personalization

  • Design and implement data layers across websites and mobile apps

  • Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and marketers to ensure accurate data tracking

  • Troubleshoot issues related to tag firing, data accuracy, or performance

  • Maintain and update documentation for tagging and data layer strategy

  • Stay current on Tealium updates, best practices, and industry standards


<>Required Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • Proven experience with Tealium iQ, Tealium AudienceStream, and Tealium EventStream

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  • Experience with tag debugging tools (e.g., Tealium Web Companion, Chrome DevTools)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.

  • Solid knowledge of browser behavior, cookies, and cross-domain tracking

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


<>Preferred Qualifications:</>

  • Tealium certification(s) is a plus

  • Knowledge of data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

  • Experience with mobile tagging (iOS and Android)

  • Familiarity with server-side tagging and APIs
