Job Description:
Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of finance system implementations. Must be able to handle enterprise-level projects within finance (ERP/financial applications), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of finance system implementation projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure smooth change management, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
