Minimum of 7+ years of Experience as a Project Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience who has lead the end to end delivery of Finance System Implementations

Must have a strong understanding of Strong understanding of finance processes (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting).

Must have hands on experience managing projects like Hands-on experience managing ERP/financial application projects

Must have Strong Project Management Skills- planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Strong project management skills Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).

Job Description:

Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of finance system implementations. Must be able to handle enterprise-level projects within finance (ERP/financial applications), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of finance system implementation projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure smooth change management, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
