RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a partially remote Visual Designer II to join their team Knoxville, TN.
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and creative Visual Designer II to join the Creative and Design Team. In this elevated role, you will be instrumental in refining the visual language of our personalized campaigns, crafting captivating designs that enhance user interaction and resonate with our brand ethos. This role spotlights those with a deep-seated passion for visual design and who thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. We seek an inventive mind with a meticulous eye for detail, superior problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design. Prior experience in cross-functional teams and proficiency in design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) will be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with creative and design teammates to develop captivating, on-brand designs across our product range
* Be part of the entire design journey, from initial brainstorming to final implementation
* Design engaging, personalized campaigns based on user preferences
* Transpose product requirements into actionable design opportunities
* Work in unison with the loyalty and product teams to ensure designs are executed as envisioned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in a visual design role, preferably within a product oriented environment
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
* Exceptional graphic design skills, deep understanding of typography, layout and branding
* Excellent communication skills - you should be proficient in articulating your design decisions
* The ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects concurrently
* A portfolio showcasing your work is mandatory
* Motion Design skills are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
