Summary:
This position is responsible for leading, testing, designing, qualifying, and developing integrated systems. In concert with the Principal Product Quality, Senior Product Quality II also help test/verify stable, scalable, resilient, and fault tolerant systems and reusable frameworks and libraries. Possesses sound technical judgement and is proficient at selecting the appropriate test cases to cover both functional and non-functional requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $73,066 - $146,131 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Summary:
This position is responsible for leading, testing, designing, qualifying, and developing integrated systems. Responsibilities:
- Designs integrated system components and develops high quality engineering deliverables to achieve performance, scalability, and availability metrics.
- Defines and implements operational tools and practices needed to sustain metrics at desired levels.
- Actively participates in requirement definition, technical architecture review, iterative development, code review, and operations.
- Provides technical design artifacts for Engineers and provides peer-review feedback to confirm quality and completeness of the deliverables.
- Creates automated feedback loops and uses data to make decisions.
- Investigates, designs, prototypes, and evaluates technical feasibility of new technologies.
- Develops core practices, frameworks, and/or libraries for consistency and reuse.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
10+ years engineering experience or demonstrated technical proficiency.
Skills:
- Linux development tool suites
- Buildroot , Yocto or other toolchain configuration.
- C, C++11 or later programming
- Linux multithreads programming
- Linux Networking programming: TLS, SSL, TCP/IP
- Scripting: Shells and Python
- Knowledgeable of wireless protocols
- Expert in three or more engineering disciplines / coding languages.
- Deep knowledge and experience designing systems to achieve non-functional requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where learning new concepts quickly is a must.
- Strong teamwork aptitude and ability to partner with the product owner/business sponsor to ensure the delivered system meets expectations.
- Able to lead a cross-functional team of Engineers and effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
