Overview:
This long-term initiative supports the migration of approximately 1,200-1,250 customers to the OpenText infrastructure. The Technical PM will play a critical role in organizing and coordinating these migrations, which are currently managed across multiple cohorts and sprints. The goal is to streamline onboarding, improve project planning, and support ongoing customer transitions-ultimately impacting over 1,500 service tickets and hundreds of new customers annually.

- Manage multiple workstreams and cohorts, each with monthly sprints
- Collaborate with solution consultants, onboarding, and service teams
- Develop and refine project plans, launch checklists, and tracking systems
- Use tools like Monday.com to manage tasks and timelines
- Report weekly progress to stakeholders (e.g., Friday updates)
- Support customer-facing activities and back up team members as needed
- Ensure smooth data transmission and integration (e.g., APIs, SFTP)
Required Skills & Technologies
- Technical Integration Experience - Understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data flows
- Project Management - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects
- Customer Coordination - Experience working with external clients or stakeholders
- Banking/Financial Services Knowledge - Familiarity with industry terminology and systems (preferred)
- Tools - Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
