Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, configuring, and optimizing ERP and CRM solutions to meet our organizational goals. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering significant opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary subject matter expert on ERP/CRM systems, ensuring alignment with operational and business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Design, configure, and implement ERP/CRM modules, focusing on areas such as production planning, shop floor execution, and capacity planning.
Integrate ERP/CRM systems with related modules to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure best practices are followed in ERP/CRM system configurations and operations.
Work closely with IT teams to meet project milestones and deliverables on time.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
Strong expertise in ERP/CRM functionality, data models, and integration points.
Proven experience with production planning, discrete manufacturing, and capacity planning.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments, particularly in electronics or high-tech industries.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
Experience in developing and managing business requirement documents.
Proficiency in configuration management and API development.
Knowledge of client-side scripting and Salesforce development is a plus.
