Role Name: Digital Workplace Solutions Program Manager
Location: Whippany, New Jersey

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and organized Digital Workplace Solutions Program Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives related to Microsoft Copilot Agent and the Viva Suite, including Viva Connections. This role is instrumental in driving cross-functional alignment, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring successful adoption of digital workplace tools that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Agent and Viva Suite products.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Communications, and business units to ensure alignment and resource availability.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
Track adoption metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement and change management strategies.
Support governance and compliance efforts related to Microsoft 365 tools and data usage.
What We're Looking For
Strong program or project management experience, ideally in digital workplace or Microsoft 365 environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Viva (Connections, Insights, Learning) and Copilot capabilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables
