Job Title: Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant
Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Configure Oracle Cloud OM, including order capture, orchestration, pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SCM, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training documentation.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Interface with technical teams to define integration and reporting requirements.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud Order Management.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience in configuring order types, fulfillment setups, pricing rules, ATP, and shipping configurations.
- Familiarity with related modules like Inventory, Pricing, AR, and Procurement is a plus.
- Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
