Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Act as a scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the agile team follows the principles and practices.
- Implement change management strategies to effectively manage and communicate project changes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement through agile retrospectives and by optimizing project processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on agile practices and project management techniques.
- Proficiency in scrum master responsibilities, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and ensuring adherence to agile principles.
- Strong background in project management, change management, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead project teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing agile frameworks, such as scrum, kanban, or lean, to deliver successful projects.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive solutions.
- Certification in scrum (csm), agile (pmiacp), or project management (pmp) is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM), Agile (PMIACP), or Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred.
