The Hypersonics Advanced Programs team is looking for a Systems Engineer - Integration to join the Razor team for a Research and Development project.
In this role, you will report to the Systems Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities may include:

Serve as the primary systems integrator for the AI&T effort, ensuring all test activities account for and address overall system implications
Drive synchronization between Systems Engineering, AI&T, and System Test teams
Assess system wide impacts during AI&T phases
Collaborate with Certified Principal Engineers (CPE) to integrate subsystems and components up to full system integration
Develop and execute an Assembly, Integration, and Test Plan
Partner with production, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure successful assembly, integration, and test at all levels of the program from component to system and development testing through flight test
Solve hardware and software interface and integration problems
Evaluate requirements for testability; evaluate designs for compatibility
Support documentation of system and subsystem interfaces
Support execution of requirement compliance and verification events
Participate in interdisciplinary engineering efforts as part of a hypersonic development project, necessitating adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving program requirements and timelines across geographically dispersed locations

Basic Qualifications

Engineering experience supporting a test campaign
Experience in one or more of the following engineering disciplines: Systems, Integration, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering
Solid understanding of core systems engineering principles, including Requirements development, verification, and validation
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents
Active or Current DoD Secret security clearance

Desired skills

Accredited Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience establishing partnerships across multi-disciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, customers, and program management
Experience as an integration engineer executing a missile development program and achieving successful milestone reviews and a flight test
Experience overseeing integration Engineering Development Units, Ground Test Units, and Flight Test Units
Experience evaluating interface compliance and compatibility
Experience assessing requirement compliance and verification by test
Experience developing mechanical assembly drawings and defining electrical architecture
Familiar with DOORS
Familiar with Automation Framework generating test procedures and test plans
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
