Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, transformation, and identity resolution.
- Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs, connectors, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Implement customer data unification strategies to create accurate customer 360 views.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain solution documentation and ensure adherence to best development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development.
- Minimum of 4 years working with Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP. Knowledge of Data Cloud One is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and data activation within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, MuleSoft, or data integration tools.
