Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in B2B Sales Cloud and proven experience in the Telecommunications domain. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure successful Salesforce implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design sessions and develop detailed technical design documentation.
Provide hands-on support for defect triage and remediation across environments.
Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards to ensure scalability and performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
Oversee integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years overall Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in B2B Sales Cloud.
Strong Telecommunications industry implementation background.
Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues.
Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL).
Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data architecture best practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills for design and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certifications.
Experience with CPQ, Order Management, and MuleSoft.
