Senior Product Manager (Hybrid)
Our client, a premier global media and entertainment company, is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Atlanta, GA location. This position will work across data architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance as the liaison to business stakeholders and help drive the organization to measurable results.

Responsibilities for Senior Product Manager:
- Define product vision by understanding business objectives, clarifying strategy, and aligning to a cohesive roadmap with a focus on delivering key outcomes.
- Manage the product backlog by holding regular meetings with customers to align needs with larger business objectives and balance prioritization with cross-team and project dependencies.
- Prioritize product needs by collaborating with development teams, describing the user experience, determining the sprint goal, and detailing user stories.
- Provide oversight by owning the product for our customers through development, planning, process refinement, product review, and delivery.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive future innovation by conducting regular meetings and presenting opportunities based on WBD s technology strategy, vendor product roadmaps, and market research.
- Uphold a standard of excellence for our product performance and user experience by conducting careful User Acceptance Testing for all new releases.
- Set key performance metrics and track data quality in a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
- Passionate about leading by influence. You have a demonstrated ability to establish a vision and to execute on it.
- Practice excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear articulation of business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience.
- Communicate how product-level goals fit into, and are influenced by, larger divisional goals, and how the team's work impacts the success or failure of the division.
- Discover and articulate technical requirements and dependencies on external development teams and third-party partners.
- Create problem statements and move from those to appropriate and data driven proposals, recommendations, and solutions; then drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements/Qualifications for Senior Product Manager:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and Master Data Tools.
- 3+ years of experience working with Cloud Infrastructure and HR Systems.
- 5+ years of SDLC experience.
- Ability to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, as well as working in collaboration with other product managers towards a common goal.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Confidence to dive into data, understand it inside out and how it connects to our business stakeholders.
- Solid business acumen, and critical problem-solving ability, with a capacity for strategic thinking.
- Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and negotiate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding and experience with development methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
- Ability to learn new development tools and productivity tools in order to continuously improve effectiveness.
