Title: Salesforce Admin/Developer

Introduction:

The Salesforce Admin/Developer will be responsible for configuring and developing standard and custom solutions in ForeScout's Salesforce environment. They will work as part of the Salesforce team to enhance and maintain the functionality, security, data integrity, and performance of the application.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of standard and custom Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform tools.
• Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
• Maintain compliance with corporate Access Control, Change Management, and SDLC policies.
• Review and coordinate all configurations, enhancements, and application installations.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide guidance on implementing solutions in Salesforce.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving integration between Salesforce and other applications.
• Research system issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Perform environment refreshes and monitor Salesforce usage for cost optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of Salesforce platform experience.
• At least 4 years of Salesforce production support experience.
• At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Understanding of Sales and Support processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce application Administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, etc).
• Understanding of Salesforce Apex and VisualForce.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
• Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Must have Salesforce certifications as Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
