QA Analyst

Job Title: QA Test Analyst I
Pay Rate: $30 $32 per hour
Duration: 3-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion to full-time)
Location: 4 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724
Start Date: Targeting immediate joiners by September 10th
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Transportation: Preference for candidates with their own vehicle due to split shift schedule and early morning data collection

Shift Schedule:

• Evening: 6:00 PM 11:00 PM
• Morning: Return from 7:00 AM 9:00 AM to collect data

Position Overview:

Qualitest is hiring a QA Test Analyst I for a contract role with one of our top clients in the Virtual Reality sector. This role involves manual functional testing across Android mobile devices, PC, and web platforms. You ll be part of a team working on innovative tracking systems and algorithms that power next-generation VR products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for regression and functional testing
• Review and update existing test cases for accuracy
• Reproduce and validate reported bugs
• Investigate software and hardware issues and report findings
• Verify bug fixes
• Collaborate with QA team members to drive quality improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in manual QA or functional testing
• Experience with mobile (Android preferred), PC, and web-based testing
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis)
• Comfortable using command line tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Background check is required
