IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead and manage all technology operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and project management skills, a deep understanding of IT systems and cloud platforms, and a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence. Preferred candidates will hold certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL, and have hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Exchange Server, and virtualization technologies.

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee all technology operations, including network management, cybersecurity, anti-virus protection, hardware, and software maintenance.
• Provide comprehensive IT support for workstations and users across four locations, ensuring reliable performance and protection.
• Safeguard the integrity, security, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and systems to support strategic initiatives and operational needs.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies, systems, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage IT contracts, renewals, budgeting forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives, including SOC 2 compliance and internal controls audits focused on data security.
• Partner with department heads to assess IT needs and deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends and propose recommendations for innovation and process optimization.

• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Experience with IT governance frameworks (preferred).
