Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Teamcenter PLM Support:
- Provide L2 and L3 infrastructure support for the Teamcenter environment.
- Ensure uptime, performance, and operational support of Teamcenter instances.
- Azure Infrastructure Setup & Support:
- Provision and manage Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) to host the Teamcenter PLM system.
- Set up VPN connectivity and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
- Conduct backup and restore operations.
- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) testing.
- Implementation Support:
- Assist in Teamcenter platform implementation from both offshore and onshore.
- Work in collaboration with the client team and other vendors.
- Pre-Sales Advisory (if needed):
- Offer early-stage inputs related to Teamcenter capability and integration with Azure during presales discussions.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, especially:
- VM provisioning
- VPN setup
- MFA configuration
- Backup/restore mechanisms
- DR planning and testing
- Experience providing Level 2 and 3 infrastructure support.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both client stakeholders and internal teams
