Overview:
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers with deep expertise in AIOps and the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions that enable operational intelligence, event correlation, and automated remediation within Telecommunication's ServiceNow-based AIOps ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, specifically within the AIOps product suite (Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Health Log Analytics, Agent Client Collector, and Service Mapping).
• Integrate AIOps with other ServiceNow applications (ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, etc.) and external monitoring/event systems.
• Implement automation, remediation workflows, and anomaly detection using machine learning features.
• Collaborate with Service Management, CMDB, and Infra Ops teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Follow development best practices using update sets, scoped applications, and Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven expertise in ITOM/AIOps modules: Event Management, OI, Client, HLA.
• Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CSDM 4.x, and integration patterns.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-native observability tools (e.g., Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk) and event ingestion pipelines.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ITOM certifications strongly preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in telecom or large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based event correlation and predictive analytics.
